Wild Hybrid took their unique mix of ‘Run-Work-Run’ to the idyllic location of High Lodge in Thetford Forest. With a mix of solos and pairs competing.









With good weather conditions everyone taking part took advantage of a great opportunity to test themselves. The five functional stations of Sandbag Lunges, D-Ball Cleans, Sled Pushes, Devil’s Press & Wall Balls interspersed with 1km runs (5Km on the last lap).
Shay and Joe completed the course fasted in the men’s category, with Chris and Heidi completing it fastest in the mixed category. Fastest solo man was Richard Gill and Joanne Ogogo was the fastest lady.
